Your website is not working

Type sunmax.energy into any browser. This is what comes back, and it has come back on every address on that domain since about 10 February. Roughly 209 days.

The Website button on your Google listing points here. So does every directory that has ever listed you. Someone looks you up, decides you are worth a call, clicks through, and lands on this.

Nothing else on this list matters until this is fixed.

Everything further down assumes a customer can reach a page with your name on it. Right now they cannot, so every other job on the list, paid or free, lands on a broken address.

The domain itself is healthy. Registered to 1 July 2027, name servers answering. It is the site sitting on it that has stopped.

Read off their Google pages, 6 September 2026. You are the only one on this list with a dead website. Ignore SunBoost. Pass BJ Energy’s 44 reviews and you are in the fight.

Every one of them turns a visitor into a phone call the same way, and none of it is clever. A page loads, the number is right there, the work is shown, someone else says they were good, and a form catches the people who will not ring. Here is that list, item by item, against yours.

Read off each company’s live website, 6 September 2026. Deionno’s 51 suburb pages are why they come up first for almost everything. Bowden, Craigmore, Elizabeth, Golden Grove, Ingle Farm, Modbury, Pooraka, Salisbury, Smithfield and 42 more. It is not clever. It is pages that exist against pages that do not.
Part 3

What you need to fix

1

Get the website answering

Nothing else works while it is dead. Your Google page has a Website button pointing at an error. This week.

2

Take the ABN out of your Google name

Your ABN is typed inside your business name on Google, against their rules. They can switch the whole listing off for it. Two minutes of work against a risk that takes you off the map for weeks.

3

Move the 27 services under solar

All 27 are filed under electrician. Google has nothing of yours filed under solar at all. Biggest free win on the list.

4

Get reviews moving again

11 reviews, newest is 22 December, and 9 of the last 10 never got a reply. Answer all 11, then ask past customers. You cannot hand over their numbers, so you send the message and I handle the rest.

5

Publish the work you have already done

Pooraka, Golden Grove and Davoren Park in February. Nine photos, stamped with the date and the location. None of them is online. Deionno has 425 photos on Google. You have 14.

Part 4

Why this is worth doing

Ads and search rankings put you in front of the same person. The difference is what happens the month you stop paying.

What people typeSearches a monthCost of one ad clickDifficulty
solar battery adelaide480$23.651
solar installer adelaide210$55.5316
solar quotes adelaide170$19.490

ev charger installation adelaide110$14.690
electrician salisbury90$59.080
electrician gawler70$31.320
Google’s own advertising data for Adelaide, 6 September 2026. Converted at the Reserve Bank rate 0.7210, dated 4 September 2026. Difficulty is how hard the top ten is to reach without paying, out of 100.

What that table is actually telling you

Somebody in Adelaide is paying $59 for one click on “electrician salisbury” today. Not a job. One click. Most clicks never become jobs, so the real cost of a booked job through ads is a multiple of that.

That same search scores 0 out of 100 for difficulty. Nobody is competing for it without paying. The people at the top bought their way there, and the day the card stops, they are gone.

A page that ranks costs nothing per click. Not less. Nothing. It costs the work to build it once.

Why it pays more the longer it runs

Pages do not expire. Deionno wrote 51 suburb pages once. Every one of them is still being found today, and they cost nothing to keep. That is the whole reason Deionno comes up first for almost everything, ahead of companies with bigger ad budgets.

Reviews stack up and never reset. BJ Energy’s 44 did not arrive in a month. Yours sat at 11 since December because nobody was asking. Once the asking is systematic, the count only goes one way, and review count is one of the things Google weighs when it picks the three businesses in the map box.

Every job feeds the next one. A finished install is a photo, a review, a job story and a suburb page. You are already doing the work. Right now all of it evaporates the moment you drive home.

Solar and battery searches around Adelaide come to 5,040 a month. Electrician adds another 1,660. Air conditioning adds 1,590. South Australia installed 27,545 home batteries between January and July, about 3,900 a month. That demand is there whether you are visible or not.

What it will not do, so you hear it from me first

It will not work in a fortnight. Ads switch on in an hour; rankings take months, and the first two are mostly repair work with nothing to show on the surface.

And nobody can tell you how many calls you will get. Anyone who puts a number on that is guessing, and you have been sold a guess before.

What can be counted at the end of every month: where you rank on each search in the table above, how many reviews you have, how many of your pages Google has indexed, and how many people clicked the phone number on your Google listing. Those either moved or they did not, and you can check every one of them yourself without asking me.

Two days a week is about 8 jobs a month. At the $2,500 a job you gave me that is $20,000 a month of work your diary can already hold. The only open question is whether the phone rings enough to fill those slots. It cannot ring at all right now.

Sources and what is still unchecked

  1. Website status: five addresses tested four times, three separate tools, 6 September 2026. Domain registration and name servers checked the same day.
  2. Google listings, review counts, photo counts, categories and competitor websites: read live, 6 September 2026.
  3. Search counts and click costs: Google advertising data for Adelaide, converted at the Reserve Bank rate 0.7210 dated 4 September 2026, rba.gov.au. Battery install numbers: Clean Energy Regulator postcode data to 31 July 2026.
  4. Accreditation: SAA public register, 6 September 2026, checked with a control query so I knew the register was answering honestly.
  5. Market prices: all 12 supplier pages opened and re-read on 7 September 2026. Each is linked in Part 5.
  6. Not yet checked: your electrical licence PGE306054, because the SA register blocks automated lookups. Your insurance certificate. Your NETCC seller status. None of these go on your website until I have seen the document.
